Senior Pastor: Lance Hostetler
Pastor Lance Hostetler grew up in the small town of Milford, located in northern Indiana. He met his wife, Sarah, while they attended Grace College. They were married in May of 2006 and have enjoyed walking side by side through life’s blessings and challenges. Their greatest joy is to serve in ministry as a team. Lance and Sarah have two spunky and energetic children: Olivia, born in 2011, and Alex, born in 2013. They are the the apple of their father’s eye.
Pastor Lance enjoys camping, canoeing, biking, playing sports, and watching action movies. He is energized by spending time with people and loves surprise visits. He also enjoys working on plumbing projects, watching sports, and reading. His favorite activity is playing with his children and chasing them around the house.
Pastor Lance received his Master of Divinity from Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, Indiana. He also holds an M.A. in Interpersonal Relations and a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Grace College. He especially enjoys using his education to disciple men, develop healthy families, study theology and apologetics, and teach Scripture.
Prior to his call to Grace Bible Church, Pastor Lance and Sarah spent nearly two years in Seoul, South Korea. There, Pastor Lance split his time serving as an English teacher for children and as Associate pastor of an International English-speaking ministry. He enjoyed the Korean culture, lifestyle, and friendships immensely, and still pines for a taste of authentic Korean cuisine.
Pastor Lance began ministering at Grace Bible Church in July of 2012 and feels blessed to be serving with a warm, caring, and committed family of believers. He has a strong desire to empower the people of Grace Bible Church to reach out to the community and the world for the glory of God.
